Avocado Tofu Salad

Before you tofu haters roll your eyes at me, hear me out. I’m not big on salads or tofu either, but this has now become one of my favorite dishes in both categories.     I never thought of it as a tofu salad, but my family makes something along the same vein – silken tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onions, and century egg (皮蛋) – that we usually eat with rice porridge.
    ak-mak sesame crackers and sliced avocado are my post-run snack, so I’m interested in giving this a shot sometime. thanks!

    Thanks for this recipe! I can’t do cilantro so I leave that out but I add a lot more sesame seeds for some crunch. So simple yet so delicious.
