While Bi Bim Bap and Kalbi are the staples of Korean food here in the US, they’re just a sliver of all the tasty foods that are available in the second largest metropolitan area in the world. This week on TabletTalk, I write about some of my favourite eats in Seoul, but be forewarned, the very fresh seafood towards the end is not for the feint of heart.

Over at ReadyMade, I show you how to peel and pit an avocado, and for those that need a little weekend inspiration, I’ve started a new weekly feature called Four Course Friday’s where I compile a four course menu from around the web.

On YouTube (and in real life), I’ve started The Week of Eating In Challenge with an update of what I made on day 1 and day 2. It may sound simple enough, but having turned down a handful of invites, and a couple food events, I’m starting to wonder what havoc this will wreak on my social life.
