		<description>well I just stumbled onto your site and you probably have discovered your problem but for a fudgey Blondie.  for 2 eggs and 1/2 c  flour...I believe you need  6 TBS Butter(maybe with the nut puree/butter you can cut down on this?) 1 cup sugar and I would skip the cream/milk and baking powder because that makes it more cake like less brownie like.  Most fudgey brownie recipes I have seen and used you want your sugar to be twice the amount of the flour, and your fat is almost the same as the flour. no other liquid is usually used unless it is for flavoring(lemon juice, rum ect...
