Honey lemon cauliflower

Ingredients

Based on your location, units have been adjusted to Metric measuring system. Change this?
1 small head
Cauliflower florets separated
3 cloves of
Crushed garlic
1 Tsp
Whole mustard seeds
2 Tbs
Good olive oil
2 Tbs
White wine
1 Tbs
Honey
1 Tbs
Lemon juice
1 Tbs fresh rosemary needles seperated.
1/2 Tsp
Kosher salt
to taste.
Fresh ground black pepper

Steps

  1. Heat over to 375 degrees.
  2. Toss the ingredients together and put in a 9x9 baking dish and put in the the oven.
  3. Roast about 1 hour or until the cauliflower is soft and a nice caramel color stirring every 2 or 3 times.
