Ingredients

1 small head
cauliflower (florets separated)
3 cloves
garlic (crushed)
1 teaspoon
mustard seeds whole
2 tablespoons
olive oil
2 tablespoons
white wine
1 tablespoon
honey
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
1 tablespoon
rosemary fresh needles seperated.
1/2 teaspoon
kosher salt
black pepper (to taste)

Steps

  1. Heat over to 375 degrees F.
  2. Toss the ingredients together and put in a 9x9 baking dish and put in the the oven.
  3. Roast about 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes until the cauliflower is a golden brown color.
