It's that time of year again and in addition to the excitement, joy, and thankfulness that the holiday season brings, there's also all those commitments that ultimately leave us feeling anxious. With a few crowd-pleasing canapés (and a lot of booze), office potlucks and family shindigs don't have to be yet another anxiety inducing chores (forgetting office politics and family drama for the moment). Over the next four weeks I'll be sharing a few of my favorites that are simple yet bound to impress. This week over at PBS, I've married a Chinese-American favorite with an Italian-American classic to come up with these glorious chicken meatballs glazed with a sweet orange sauce.
