Sesame Beef Bowl

If you saw my Sunday post, you know that I have a thing for rice bowls. They’re easy to make and clean up after, but more importantly they’re a delicious balanced meal. This week over at PBS food I’ve written about another favorite in my rice bowl repertoire: Sesame Beef. It’s made with thin pieces of beef that are quickly stir-fried and coated in a sweet and savory sauce that is loaded with sesame seeds. Head over to PBS Food to check out the full post and recipe.
