    Hi! I really like your page. It’s really noticeable that you post recipes based on experience. Most pages have “copy-paste” kinda content. So I can honestly say your culinary blog(?) stand out from a crowd (believe me I’ve seen dozens). Anyways I have 2 questions that im really curious of. Firstly – how much is a cup ? (Im from Europe and we use metric system all around, 250 ml is a “glass” here :D) Is it really 250 ml ? Because sometimes I’ve seen recipes calling for half a cup of ingredient that is really strong and should be used rather considerate. And secondly what amount of fat does cream have ? 12%, 18%, 22% or 30% so called “sweet cream” ? I would really appreciate the answer. Good luck and never ending inspirations !

      Hi Chris, thanks for the note! 1 US cup = 237ml. As for the cream I use 30%.
