2015 was a pretty eventful year, including a move from Sapporo to Tokyo, an appearance on The Booze Traveller, an appearance on Delicious Japan, an appearance on Biz Buzz Japan, a total redesign of the blog, and trips to Hawaii, California, Colorado, New York and the Middle East scattered in between. But despite all the change (or maybe because of it), I found myself more excited than ever to be in the kitchen making people happy through food. While it’s always difficult to narrow down my favorites, these are 10 dishes that have gone on the regular rotation because they hit that magical balance of easy and delicious.
