Ingredients

chia seeds (~3 tablespoons)
30 grams
cocoa powder (~4 tablespoons)
30 grams
coconut sugar (~3 tablespoons)
30 grams
coconut milk (1 can)
1 2/3 cups
vanilla extract
1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Put the chia seeds in a clean coffee grinder and grind into a powder.
  2. Add the ground chia seeds, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, coconut milk, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into serving-size cups and refrigerate until set (at least 1 hour)
