Continuing with my month of holiday canapés over at PBS, this week I have a tasty one-bite treat that looks way more impressive than the level of effort that actually goes into making them. Made by carving a crisp cucumber cup and filling it with a citrusy crab salad, it’s a nice contrast to the the usual fried finger food.
