One of my favorite parts of a summer farmers market is the variety of produce that you’d never see in a supermarket. Heirloom tomatoes, fresh chick peas and garlic scapes are some of the summer treasures I look forward to every year. This salad really showcases the sweet, mildly fragrant garlic shoots with shrimp, cilantro and a savory oyster sauce dressing.
