I’m just about to head out to the airport to fly out to Singapore for a week long food tour. The Singapore Tourism Board was gracious enough to invite me out to check out their booming food scene and I can honestly say I haven’t been this excited about a trip in months!
Head over to Wandering Cook to see all my posts from the trip.
Google hooked me up with a local cell phone so I’ll be posting all my updates on Google+, as it happens. Add No Recipes to your circle to get the play-by-play of my trip along with all the juicy photos of Bak Kut Teh, Chicken Rice, Laksa, Chili Crab, and so much more. In the mean time, here are a few pics from my trip last year to tide you over until I land:-)

You seem to enjoy seafood alot, have you had a chance to visit Puerto Rico, I know that not as exotic as some of the places you’ve been but the food is amazing
Bamboo Burger in Bayamon — Lobster Soup
La Casa de Pescador in Vega Baja — everything it’s a small privately owened placed that only the locals know about it kinda hidden on the beach and they’re family are fisher men so almost all the seafood is caught by them (lol my favorite is a toss up between the marlin, fried Dorado and conch salad (I’ve spend the day there once and had lunch and dinner just try more food)

Hi Susi, nope, I haven’t been to Puerto Rico(or anywhere in the Carribean for that matter), though it sounds tasty. Perhaps someday when I’m living someplace a little closer:-)
