I’m just about to head out to the airport to fly out to Singapore for a week long food tour. The Singapore Tourism Board was gracious enough to invite me out to check out their booming food scene and I can honestly say I haven’t been this excited about a trip in months!

you’re gonna have an awesome time in Singapore, lah! i’ve been living here the past four months, the city is simply amazing. the food is tops! you’ve probably looked around at some loacl food blogs already, but Lady Iron Chef (https://www.ladyironchef.com/) is arguably the most popular and influential here. make sure to check out tonnes of hawker stands, that’s where you’ll find true Singaporean cuisine!
