Loaded with protein, fiber and minerals, these peanut butter and date bars have great flavor and texture and they’re ridiculously easy to make. While they’re loaded with energy, these aren’t energy bars you have to choke down with a gallon of water, they actually taste good, which is why they’ve become my goto breakfast post workout.
