This onion jam is super versatile and delicious, which is why I always like to have a jar in the fridge. It makes for a delightful contrast to a spicy Indian curry, and is a delicious sweet condiment slathered onto a bacon cheese burger. It’s also great to have on hand when you have last-minute guests stop by for a drink and you need some quick canapés.
