These crisp cups filled with spicy ground chicken (or tofu) make for a great party canape, or a filling high-protein meal. Because they’re so easy to make, they’re perfect for a quick work-night dinner that won’t have you waking up at 3am with hunger pangs. I seasoned the chicken with a spicy sweet mix of sriracha and hoisin sauce and soy sauce, but this would be just as good flavored with cumin seeds and garam masala or fish sauce and Thai basil.
