I’m going to take a wild guess that if you hadn’t read the title of this post, you wouldn’t have guessed that there’s no butter or chicken in this “Butter Chicken”. But thanks to some clever kitchen tricks, this rich, flavorful plant-based curry is meaty and loaded with lip-smacking umami.
