CALIFORNIA SUSHI BOWL

Avocado, crab and cucumber sushi bowl.

Whisk the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and wasabi together.

Add sushi rice to bowl and top with sesame seeds and nori.

Halve avocado, remove pit, and peel. Trim top off of each half and then slice the halves into 1/16-inch thick slices.

Splay the avocado slices out into a thin line.

Roll the avocado slies into a spiral like this.

Spread the slices of avocado out from the center to bloom the rose.

OPEN THE PETALS

Arrange the cucumbers, leaves, and crab around the avocado.

Garnish with tobiko and citrus zest.
