These easy ramen chips are a crispy snack you can make using instant ramen noodles. They also make for a great topping for salads!
- 1 pack instant ramen with seasoning packet - Vegetable oil for frying
Boil the noodles until they are flexible enough to be separated. They don't need to be fully cooked.
Add seasoning from the soup packet to taste and mix it in until the noodles are uniform in color. You can also add other seasonings like curry powder, garlic powder, chili powder, etc.
Fry nests of ramen noodles in 3-4 batches until they are crispy.
Drain the crisped ramen snacks on a wire rack lined with a few sheets of paper towels.
