Add a Japanese twist to any dish with this Miso Dressing which balances of tangy, savory, and sweet tastes with the nutty depth of miso and the spicy zing of ginger.
80 grams vegetable oil 35 grams yellow miso 25 grams rice vinegar 12 grams honey 5 grams ginger
Add the oil, miso, rice vinegar, honey and grated ginger to a bowl and whisk everything together until uniform.
Serve this dressing with poached salmon, grilled chicken, chilled tofu, or cold noodles.
