MAPLE MISO CHICKEN

This easy chicken glazed with a savory sweet maple miso sauce comes together in minutes from just 5-ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

- 2 tablespoons maple syrup - 2 tablespoons miso - 2 tablespoons sake - 250 grams chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces - 40 grams scallions, sliced at an angle

Stir the miso, maple syrup, and sake together until smooth and free of lumps.

MAKE MAPLE MISO SAUCE

Pan-fry the chicken on the skin side until it's golden brown.

BROWN SKIN SIDE

Flip the chicken pieces over and brown the second side.

FLIP CHICKEN

Add the maple miso sauce and boil until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has started to caramelize.
