MATCHA BASQUE CHEESECAKE

Burnt Basque-style cheesecake with green tea powder

INGREDIENTS

– 226 grams cream cheese (cold) – 1 cup heavy cream (cold) – 100 grams granulated sugar – 2 large eggs (cold) – 15 grams matcha

Line 6 x 2.5 -inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and smack the bottom to get rid of any air bubbles.

ADD TO PAN

Bake in preheated 450 degree F oven for 20-24 minutes until dark brown on top but the center is still jiggly.

BAKE

Cool on baking rack until room temperature and then chill in refrigerator until fully set.
