MENTAIKO SPREAD
An unctuous umami-packed spread that doubles as a dip.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams mascarpone - 180 grams mentaiko - 4 grams garlic (1 small clove grated) - 1/2 lemon (juice and zest) - Chervil (for garnish)

Grate the garlic and zest the lemon into the mascarpone.
GRATE GARLIC & LEMON

Squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture.
SQUEEZE LEMON

Press the mentaiko out of each skein into the mixture.
ADD MENTAIKO

Mix everything together.
MIX

Garnish with chervil and serve with bread.
