BASQUE CHEESECAKE

Burnt Basque-style cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

– 226 gramscream cheese (cold) – 1 cupheavy cream (cold) – 100 gramsgranulated sugar – 2large eggs (cold) – 15 gramscake flour – 1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract

Line 6-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend together.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

ADD TO PAN

Bake in preheated 450 degree F oven for 20-24 minutes until dark brown on top but the center is still molten & jiggly.

BAKE

Cool on baking rack until room temperature and then chill in refrigerator until fully set.
