For sauce

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds

For Poke

  • 215 grams salmon cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 40 grams sweet onions ~1/4 onion, minced
  • 1/2 avocado peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons tobiko
  • 1/4 teaspoon Alaea salt to taste
  • fried garlic chips to taste

  1. Whisk the sesame oil, sriracha and soy sauce and sesame seeds together in a bowl.
