Nutty, creamy, and satisfying, this mouthwatering Japanese sesame dressing is delicious on salads, steamed veggies, or even chilled noodles.
- 110 grams Japanese mayonnaise (~1/2 US cup) - 80 grams sesame paste (~1/3 US cup) - 3 tablespoons rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 1 tablespoon maple syrup - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil - 1 teaspoon ginger juice - 1 teaspoon salt
Grate some fresh ginger and then squeeze the pulp to extract the ginger juice.
Store the sesame dressing an a jar or plastic squeeze bottle in the fridge until you are ready to use it. It will keep for a few weeks.
Serve it with a green salad topped with a variety of other vegetables.
