Homemade Katsu Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup date syrup (or 3 tablespoons honey)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder

  • Add ¼ cup apple juice, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, ¼ cup oyster sauce, ¼ cup ketchup, and ¼ cup date syrup to a pot.

  • Grate a piece of ginger. Then squeeze the pulp to make 1 teaspoon ginger juice.
