Ingredients

  • 30 grams carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon miso add more to taste
  • 90 grams soft tofu cubed
  • 40 grams spinach chopped

Instructions

  • Add the 1 ½ cups dashi stock and 30 grams carrots to a pot and simmer until the carrots are tender.
