Summer

Summer brings activity, parties, and hot weather. Everything moves at a quicker pace as we race to cram in as much fun as we can. Time is short for cooking, and the hot weather drives us away from the stove. These recipes tend to require a minimum of cooking time and provide a cooling, refreshing meal. There are great dishes here for al fresco dining and sharing with friends at a barbecue or picnic. And don’t forget a cold, satisfying dessert!
