As a private chef I've worked with many clients following special diets. My goal is to deliver delicious dishes that stand on their own, and that anyone will enjoy, that don't taste like they're missing anything. I've spent a lot of time developing techniques to elevate plant-based proteins, gluten-free baked goods, and low-carbohydrate foods. I'm happy to help people eat better and enjoy delicious food while they're doing it.
