Dietary

As a private chef I've worked with many clients following special diets. My goal is to deliver delicious dishes that stand on their own, and that anyone will enjoy, that don't taste like they're missing anything. I've spent a lot of time developing techniques to elevate plant-based proteins, gluten-free baked goods, and low-carbohydrate foods. I'm happy to help people eat better and enjoy delicious food while they're doing it. Even if you're not following dietary restrictions, you'll find these recipes full of flavor and crave-worthy in their own right. My Vegan Japanese Curry is just as satisfying as the original. This Tofu Karaage is crispy and juicy. And these gluten-free Peanut Butter Cookies are one of my favorite snacks. Eating healthy doesn't have to mean sacrificing flavor.
